I am currently enjoying learning how to balance becoming a better dad while keeping up with all of the other roles (husband, employee, boss and student). I am also in school right now getting a masters from USC in Organizational Psychology. I am very interested in how a sense of community is built within organizations and how that community can benefit a cause. I have avoided social networks in the past but I plan on being overly active on this network because I believe if we as a parent group interact more it will benefit our children. I also believe that we can build a model for improving the sustainability and effectiveness of cause based organizations.
