Infant & Toddler Center
Ages 3 to 24 months
Babies are born as natural explorers. At the Infant/Toddler Center, we emphasize self-exploration through tactile learning, discovery, touch and texture, and sensory based activities. Alongside parents, we continue the children’s discovery of the wonders of the natural world through sand, water, dirt, sticks, rocks, and even the wind. Children can choose to ride toys through the yard; build, climb, and create in the sand areas; or cozy up with books in the pillow corner.
Our primary goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children to explore and investigate using imagination, curiosity, and experimentation.
At the Infant/Toddler Center, children acquire basic learning skills that will prepare them for shared experiences with other children and continued opportunities for self-exploration and interaction with their environment. In addition, Sylvia, Jin & Emily support each child’s unique interests and needs.
